To check if a number is perfect square we try to break the number into two same smaller numbers such that when smaller number is multiplied twice gives the original number.
Let's see this with the help of an example, suppose A = 100, now try to break 100 into two same small numbers or in other words we find the square root of 100 which comes out to be 10. so when 10 is multiplied twice we get back the original number i.e 100.
